Purchase Options

Richard 3425 products are available for purchase exclusively through our official website at www.richardwash.com

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update product availability, pricing, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.


Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received but does not guarantee acceptance if there is a stock, payment, or system issue.

Richard reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock availability issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect order information
  • If an order is cancelled, any payments received will be refunded in full.

Order Cancellations

We aim to process orders promptly to ensure fast dispatch.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us at info@richardwash.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our returns and refunds policy.

Richard Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel an order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The product becomes unavailable
  • There is a technical or pricing error

In these cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund.

Refunds After Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 3–10 business days to appear.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, changes to:

  • Products
  • Quantities
  • Shipping address
  • cannot be guaranteed and are subject to whether the order has already been processed.
