Richard Wash is a brand operated by Richard 3425 (ABN 74 682 468 935), trading from 63–65 Parker Street, Templestowe Lower, Victoria 3107, Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Richard 3425.

1. Where Products Are Sold

Richard Wash products are available exclusively through our official website:

We do not authorise third-party marketplaces to sell our products.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and availability are accurate at the time of listing. If an error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and dispatched.

4. When We May Cancel an Order

We may cancel an order before dispatch if:

• Payment cannot be successfully authorised
• The product is unavailable
• There is a genuine pricing or technical error
• Fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow our Refund Policy.

6. Changes to Orders

We process orders quickly to ensure timely dispatch.

Requests to change products, quantities, or shipping details cannot be guaranteed and will depend on whether the order has already been processed.

7. Refunds Following Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

We offer an optional subscription service for selected products.

How It Works

• Receive your chosen product automatically at your selected interval (currently every 6 weeks)
• Subscription pricing and any applicable discount are clearly displayed at checkout
• No minimum term or lock-in contract

Billing

Your nominated payment method will be charged at the time each subscription order is processed.

Pause, Skip or Cancel

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

Shipping for Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same shipping terms as standard purchases.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
