Refunds & Returns Policy

Richard Wash is a brand operated by Richard 3425 (ABN 74 682 468 935), trading from 63–65 Parker Street, Templestowe Lower, Victoria 3107, Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Richard 3425.

We are committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and unopened
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We will also cover reasonable return shipping costs in these circumstances.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically between 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
• Opened or used personal care products (unless faulty)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale (where stated at time of purchase)

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
